New Website Design COMING SOON!

We are updating our website! 1877FloorGuy is getting a brand new look and we’re excited to share it with you! Many customers have told us that 1 877 FloorGuy is easy to navigate, making it easy to find the products they need to clean their floors. Ease of navigation is something we want to hold onto with our new website design. Our goal is to make it even easier and faster to find specific floor cleaning and maintenance products while keeping in place the fundamental features that make shopping with us simple. To accomplish this we are enhancing and creating new ways to navigate our website with an improved Shop by Brand feature, an easier to find Shop by Flooring Manufacturer tab and types of flooring illustrated with pictures of each flooring type in a can’t miss placement right on the front page.

We are well aware that too much change at once can be overwhelming. Our returning customers will find the same streamlined checkout process, customer accounts will stay the same and our mobile site will be relatively unchanged. The new feature our loyal customer will get include customer support chat via Facebook & Instagram Messenger. We will be monitoring and responding promptly to Messenger text messages at @1877floorguy. This will give you, our customers, a faster way of communicating with us about order status, product availability and more.

You’ll notice immediately, when the new website design is up and running, that our website takes up more real estate on your computer or tablet screen than it did before the redesign. Everything you need to maintain your oiled or polyurethaned hardwoods, luxury vinyl plank & tile, natural stone, textured resilient floors and more is showing in a larger format with more options and better images on the screen than ever before. Helpful resource articles and floor care blog topics will be top right on the main menu so you can browse for help when you don’t feel like calling for assistance. Rest assured, we are and will still be here to help solve your floor cleaning and polishing problems and to answer your questions about how to fix scratches in LVT, how to remove oil stains from marble and how to find the right cleaners, polishes and equipment to maintain the floors in your home or business.
